Lighting plays a huge role in how your final images turn out. Midday tends to be harsh (which can totally be vibe, think editorial or high fashion). It can sometimes create harsh shadows and squinting (which is not fun for the kids).

Golden hour offers a softer, natural look. The light wraps around you, creating those dreamy tones you will often see throughout my work.
