hi! i'm SO HAPPY YOU'RE HERE
CONGRATULATIONS
I cannot wait to photograph you!
Here's a quick guide that goes over some frequently asked questions.
Welcome!
I'll guide you every step of the way
My goal is to make the whole experience easy, and stress free for you - like hanging out with a friend who just happens to be photographing one of the most precious times of your life.
I'll gently guide you into poses and prompts that feel natural, comfortable and true to who you are. No awkward or stiff poses here - OK maybe one for the parents and grandparents haha.
What to wear
Be Comfy & Think Neutrals
- Flowy dresses photography beautifully and show your bump off in such a flattering way. Form fitting dresses can be stunning too if you want a more modern/editorial vibe.
- I always recommend mom to choose her outfit first and then build the rest of the family's wardrobe from there.
- Coordinate- don't match and stick to something you feel comfortable and confident in.
- Neutrals are almost always flattering and timeless. Think black, white, beige and shades of browns. Dress for the occasion and the season, mixing different fabrics and texture. Something with movement is always flattering in photos.
- Keep patterns simple and minimal. Patterns and writing can be fun, but they can often turn into focal points in images.
- Choose comfortable footwear, but totally feel free to pop something cute in a bag and we can change it up on location
What to bring
i'll bring a cozy blanket and a couple of clear umbrellas - just in case the weather decides to be dramatic. Rainy moments can be magic and we'll be totally prepared!
